Policy Details
You can return your item anytime from the date you received it. It must be in new condition – neither used nor washed.
Any item from Brigid’s Hearth Studio can be returned, no questions asked.
For all returns, the only thing you need to include in your package is the purchased item.
Shipping Fees
You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Brigid’s Hearth Studio strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.
Restocking Fees
Brigid’s Hearth Studio does not charge restocking fees.
Process Details
